Medium Price of Homes Sold in Orlando Area Falls 6% in September (since 2006)

The real estate market continues to struggle in the Greater Orlando Area. The medium price of homes sold fell from $250,000 in Sept., 2006 to $235,000 in Sept., 2007. This represents a decrease of 6%.
